Maintenance Team Member

Do you have previous experience as a bathroom/kitchen fitter? Have you previously worked in property maintenance? If so, this could be the right role for you! We are looking for a ‘General Handyman’ to join our estate maintenance team.

 

We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Team Member to work with our Estates team to help with the smooth running and operation working across each of our sites, this includes schools, offices and some residential properties to ensure that the grounds and building are well maintained.

 

The successful candidate would ideally have skills and experience in general maintenance whilst having a specific skill set as a joiner, electrician or plumber would be an advantage, but not a necessity. You will enjoy working as part of a team as well as being self-motivated and able to apply a common sense approach to managing maintenance jobs.

 

Hours of work are 9 hours per day to be worked between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm. This includes lunch breaks which are paid. Benefits include free school lunches, 25 days annual leave and a company pension scheme.

 

Salary: £25,000 to £28,500 dependent upon experience.
