Fiona Plummer completed a Diploma Course at the Cordon Bleu Cookery School, London in 1982. She graduated and started her career as an Assistant Directors Cook for a large commodities company in the City. She moved on to become Head Chef and was responsible for running a full time dining room for 3 to 300 people! After 8 years, Fiona went freelance to fit in with her young family. She ran a number of jobs, including business working lunches, corporate picnics, private entertaining and canapé parties.

Jo Davies gained her diploma at the Cordon Bleu School in 1981. Jo both worked and taught at the Cordon Bleu for five years where she met Fiona. Jo then moved into corporate catering and did this for ten years at a large property company in W1 running their Directors dinning room, catering for their lunches, dinners and drinks parties. Jo continued part time for a number of years whilst bringing up her family. The last five years she has been working as a volunteer for two charities based in South London. Jo always wanted to go back to what she enjoyed most and is delighted to join the teaching team at the Cookery School at Broomwood Hall.
