Staff
The staff at Northcote Lodge are all fully qualified graduates, who have had wide experience in similar prep schools. They are of the highest calibre and have chosen to work at Northcote Lodge because they share and believe in the school’s ethos and educational philosophy. Throughout the school the boys are taught exclusively by subject specialists (although they have a form teacher for administrative purposes).
The teachers are professionals who know their subjects. Please trust them and work with them, and share any worries or difficulties with them.
