Northcote Lodge Parents Association is composed of elected form representatives (one from each form) and holds regular meetings throughout the year. It is the main official liaison between the parents and the school and is a forum for discussion of ideas and concerns for the benefit of the school and for co-ordinating fund-raising and charitable and social activities (see also Charity). It meets once or twice a term at Northcote Lodge, with the Headmaster in attendance. Minutes of the meetings are made available to all parents. Its main fund-raising events include a Charity morning held in June, a school fete or Christmas bazaar, and firework parties. It does not however raise money directly for the school.
It is not the place to air complaints, which should be addressed directly to the Headmaster or Deputy Headmaster as appropriate.
