Parent Teacher/Tutor Interviews
Parent teacher interviews take place once a year, and are an opportunity for parents to have short one-to-one interviews with all those who teach their son.
Parent Tutor interviews (Forms 3, Remove and 5 only) are held twice a year between parents and their son’s tutor, and is a ten minute interview to discuss individual boys’ progress. Follow-up action is often suggested as a result of these interviews.
Parents of new boys (Shell) have a special parent-teacher meeting before Michaelmas half-term. This is to reassure parents that their son (we hope!)is finding his feet and that there are no problems of which they are unaware.
Letters giving details of all parent teacher and parent tutor evenings are sent out two weeks in advance.
