Management
Northcote Lodge ( and Broomwood Hall) are privately owned and run limited companies whose directors are the Principals, Sir Malcolm and Lady Colquhoun, together with the Headmaster of Northcote Lodge. The board is responsible for the running of the schools and, in doing so, exercises the functions of a board of governors.
Day to day management is in the hands of the Headmaster, together with the School Offices and the Finance Office who deal with admissions, administration, general queries, and all financial matters.
