Kleptomaniacs
. . of whom there are many in London. Please be sensible about security, and do not leave the doors open at any time. We have frequently been burgled, always in broad daylight, often in a matter of seconds – in one instance, by a gentleman who rode off on a bicycle with a TV set on his shoulder.
There have also been numerous instances of parents’ cars being broken into outside the school and handbags etc. stolen – please don’t leave anything visible inside your car, not even for half a minute (the thieves can operate much more quickly than that, as a number of parents – to their considerable cost – can attest to).
If anyone is seen acting suspiciously, tell us; the police come immediately when we call.
