Fees

Fee invoices are posted at the end of term, and fees are due and payable on the first day of term. Any fees remaining unpaid by the end of the third week of term other than by prior agreement with the Finance Office attract an automatic £100 surcharge – no exceptions, no arguments. You have been warned!

Where a family has two or more children in the school, the first younger sibling qualifies for a 2½% discount on fees; a second younger sibling receives a 5% discount; and a third or subsequent sibling (rare, but it does happen!) 20%.

There is also a 2½% discount available to all for early settlement – details are printed on the invoices. To take advantage of this, we require that parents enter into a direct debiting arrangement with the school. Please also not that both of these discounts apply to fees only (not to extras).

Payment of fees can be made by any means; apart from payment by cheque we can accept direct transfers, payment by credit card (for which there is a small service charge), standing order and direct debit (payment by this means is mandatory for parents wishing to take advantage of the early payment discount).

Lump sum payments and other special arrangements can be entered into by agreement – ask the Finance Office.

We review fee levels once a year in the summer, with revised fees taking effect in the Michaelmas term. See also Deposits.
