Complaints
If there are any major complaints or concerns, parents should speak or write as soon as possible to either the Headmaster or the Deputy Headmaster . For minor matters it may be best to speak to the form teacher or tutor; all our staff appreciate the support of the parents and prefer to hear directly of any queries or worries.
There is a separate complaints policy which is available on request. The Parents Association is not the forum for airing complaints or problems.
