Boys are collected from school as follows:
5.00pm (Shell)
5.20pm (Forms 2 and 3)
5.25pm (Remove and Form 5)
except on Friday afternoons when Shell and Form 2 go at 3.30pm and the rst of the school at 4.10pm.
(NB: boys attending clubs are collected later as appropriate).

Teachers – normally the form teacher or the teacher taking the club – bring forms outside to where parents are waiting. Boys travelling independently may leave after being formally dismissed by the teacher, shaking hands. Please note that we will not allow boys to leave school on their own unless we have either a blanket letter of authority which must be renewed every term, or a written request at the time signed by a parent or guardian.

We will not release boys to people we do not know unless requested in writing. If a boy is to be collected by someone else, please write the details in the diary. Please avoid telephoning the Office with complicated last minute arrangements.

Please try not to be late collecting boys – they can get really upset, especially if it happens regularly! But if lateness is unavoidable parents should telephone the office. An abandoned boy will be looked after by a teacher or in the office depending on the circumstances; but after 15 minutes if we are unable to contact parents, we will try to contact the emergency number we have been given.
