Addresses

Towards the end of the summer term we send parents a slip showing their current details (address, telephone and mobile phone numbers, e-mail address) and the name and telephone number of a friend or relation who loves locally who can be contacted in an emergency. We ask parents to review this information and to complete and return the slip showing any alterations. It is the responsibility of parents to keep us informed of changes to this or any other information as they occur; we cannot otherwise be held responsible for any errors in (e.g.) compiling class lists. Parents may request that their details are kept confidential and not circulated.
