On Tuesday 11 November, Northcote Lodge and Broomwood Hall went to a remembrance service at our church, St Michael's. We were told all about WW1 and how many soldiers had died. He also told us about the significance of the poppies. At 11 o'clock we had two minutes silence to remember all those who had fought for us. Then Robbie Patterson played 'the Last Post' on the trumpet and Rebecca Creamer read lines from 'For the Fallen'.
