On Thursday,14 September, the all the Form 5 boys that participated in the Northcote Lodge Award set off on a camping trip with Mr Hughes , Miss Naidoo and Mr Bennett.

The camping site was the beautiful and spacious fields of the country home of Mr and Mrs Gorsts.

The boys had a fantastic time, playing in the pool,playing football and participating in other team sports. Supper was a scrumptious BBQ prepared by the boys and teachers.

I don’t think that the boys got much sleep that night as the excitement of camping and being with their friends was a bit too much for some.

Nevertheless,Friday started with a delicious cooked breakfast ,followed by activities.

A fun time was had by all and a huge Thank You to Mr and Mrs Gorst for the use of their home.
